Curse of Weakness

“A wave of weakness washes over you…”

No schedule, no respite: this curse is on you day and night. Weakness and Slowness settle in and deepen with stage, and beneath the potion effects something worse — your strikes genuinely land softer: −1 attack damage at the first stage, −2 at Greater. Duels while cursed are a bad idea. So is mining near lava with Slowness II.

How It Ends

Caution

It doesn’t — not on its own. This is the one curse with no timer. It stays until it is lifted. If you carry it, you earned it; if you want it gone, that is between you and whoever cursed you.

Until that conversation happens: avoid fights you didn’t pick, keep food up so the Slowness doesn’t strand you somewhere hungry, and remember that everyone in a duel can read your swings. They will know.

When it finally lifts: “Your strength returns!” — and it does, all of it, immediately.
